Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data MK Residence collects through mkresidenceone.com and when you stay with us, and how we use it. It follows the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on personal data protection.

What we collect
- Booking details: name, email, phone number, nationality, number of guests and dates.
- Identity documents: passport or Emirates ID details, collected at check-in because Dubai law requires us to register guests.
- Payment details: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: basic data your browser sends when you visit, such as device type and IP address. We do not currently run analytics or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
- To take and manage your booking, check you in and look after your stay.
- To meet legal duties, including guest registration with the Dubai tourism authority and tax records.
- To keep the building safe, including CCTV in shared areas.
- To contact you about your stay. We send marketing emails only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Our booking system provider, RMS Cloud, which stores reservations.
- Government and tourism authorities, where the law requires it.
- Service providers who help us run the site and email you, under confidentiality terms.
We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it. Booking and registration records are kept for 5 years after your stay, then deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Where it is processed. Some providers process data outside the UAE. We use providers that protect it to a comparable standard.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and to withdraw consent for marketing, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within a reasonable time.
Cookies. The site uses only the cookies it needs to work, with no advertising or tracking cookies. The booking engine on our booking partner's domain has its own cookies.
Changes. We will update this page when our practices change, and show the date below.
